Is it okay for someone under 18 to take acai berry pills?
My mom bought Nature’s Bounty acai berry pills, and she really likes them. So is it all right if someone under 18 takes them?
I heard that they were supposed to boost your immune system as well.
Answer by Well, you asked!
Weight loss potions are generally last ditch efforts to make up for a lifetime of bad habits, and they don’t work out in the long run. Under 18 you should be developing healthy eating and exercise habits, so you don’t wind up looking for quick fixes in your 40’s. Your mom wouldn’t need them if she had developed good habits back when she was a teen, and if you think you need them, then she hasn’t been setting a good example of healthy food and exercise for you either. Lead by example, turn down the junk food, and get some exercise today.
“I heard they were supposed to boost your immune system as well”
So does eating right, getting plenty of rest, and getting enough exercise.
