Honestly, NO.

Unfortunately, there is no magic formula when it comes to quick and easy weight loss. The problem is with quick-fix diets, is that they don’t help you make the changes that you can maintain in the long term. So as soon as you go back to your normal eating habits and activity levels. All the weight goes back on again. It is as simple as that.

Think about changing your lifestyle. Which should include eating a healthy balanced, low fat diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Along with with some form of regular exercise. The two work perfectly together.

I’m going to have to say no.

All those TV gimmicks are well…gimmicks.

Drink a lot of water, exercise, cut down on carbs, bad fats and sugars – that’s the “secret”

I really like the way this product makes me feel. I've been trying to reach my goal with Weight Watchers for more than five years on and off. Using the original formula I lost about 35 pounds over six months. It gave me the energy to actually start exercising. I started by walking and have now worked up to running five times per week. (I can't hardly believe I just wrote that. Wow!) I am so thankful. Anyways, the final few stubborn pounds just hung around. I started using the Maximum Strength and I have finally lost those final few pounds. I contacted the company and they recommended I just reduce to a maintenance dosage each day. So, now I take one capsule per day.

I know not every product works for every person, but this certainly has worked for me. I give it "two thumbs up"... way UP.

I believe the Acai Berry is a great way for a teen to lose weight. One of the main things you have to do while taking the berry is get enough daily exercises. And being a teen you will have much more energy than most older people. =)

I am not sure on how well it helps with muscle building. What you should do is call or even better, go to your local GNC store and ask them. Every employee of a GNC would know these type answers.
